#BlogchatterA2Z T for Talented-They are ruling the world

Women are the world are enjoying the powers of some of the key’s positions. They are leaders in various industries and taking the challenges head-on. Women are everywhere today! Be it literature, sports, entertainment, science or military!TalentedFor many years’ women were considered by the world to be quiet, docile kind, with long hair, clad in saree with lots of gold jewellery who loves taking care of family and raising children. However, times have changed are women are breaking the stereotypes, and proving themselves to be strong, independent, multi-faceted and talented. Looking back at history and till date, I feel so proud of so many talented women who have made a huge mark for themselves in society. From the queen of Jhansi rani Laxmi Bai who was an amazing cook, lost her life for her country, Elegant prime minister Indira Gandhi, Mother Teressa who was the epitome of love to women like Indira Nooyi who have done pretty well in the leadership position in the corporate world.

There are many women who have made their presence felt across different disciplines and gained huge status across different fields and different parts of the world. There are a few qualities of such talented women. Here is a list of few which set these women apart.

  • Self-Motivated- Staying self-motivated is utmost important in order to face challenges that women may face in various points in their life. These talented women who make a mark for themselves are self-motivated to great extent.
  • High energy levels- Maintaining high levels of energy is imperative for these professionals who are in key positions. Corporate executives have quite hectic routines and strong energy levels are important to keep them going and achieving desired results.
  • Staying positive- More than anything else ensuring and keeping a positive state of mind despite work pressures and personal issues is crucial for all these talented women. The way they look at things in their surrounding have a major impact on their work and performance. Positivity plays a key role in decision making.
  • Strong network- With good connections and string network, the talented women get great work opportunities, a deep sense of satisfaction and achievement.
  • Good understanding of business- Talented women have a strong knowledge of business and ways to strengthen it with deeper understanding. They are strong while decision making due to their overall knowledge related to not just business but the overall company.

We are still a male-dominated world and women definitely struggle to come up and get noticed in various professions. They work to utmost perfection leaving no chance of any faults and complains. These talented women successfully thrive despite facing challenges in their profession.

Stay tuned for the next in line and that is U.
