About

Life thru my eyes

“The face is a picture of the mind with the eyes as its interpreter.”

First of all, thank you for taking the time to read about me. Your time is valuable and I appreciate that you chose to spend it here.

Hi, I’m Rakhi, mum to a beautiful little girl called Ira (love of my life) and a full-time communication professional. Welcome to my little space on the net.

Genesis behind my blog is the fact that, I like to observe and analyse the world that I live in. I like to write about what I think and share what I like. To be more precise i am a woman who observes people and is fascinated by the unknown life’s stories(Specially parenting), loves to meet new people(Mums off late who can share stories with me), has an urge to tell stories, appreciates the love of my family and friends , values sacrifices  and wisdom of older generation, sees life’s endless possibilities, strongly believes in the power of hope, AND always looks for positive in every situation.

With this blog, I wish to widen my observation which was earlier limited to close friends and family or the pages of my personal diary. Social media has taken a deep place in the lives of everyone, However,  even then, I find that people want quick news- nothing too deep and nothing too long. This blog expands my ability to collaborate and reach out to others with similar interests and also help other parents or to be parents with my experience.

I have created this blog to promote self-reflection, raise awareness and encourage discussion around parenting and much more. So, if you are looking for some interesting, reflective, and at times, entertaining reading, then bookmarks this site, add your name to my mailing list, and follow my journey through this thing called life.
